General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. General provisions

These general terms of sale govern the purchase of excursions offered through DJERBATRIPS (a product of JERBA TRIPS), hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”. By using the DJERBATRIPS website, you accept these general terms of sale. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

The Seller acts as an intermediary between the excursion organiser and the customer.

2. Reservations

2.1 Booking availability

All reservations are subject to availability. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation in the event of capacity limits or for any other legitimate reason. In such cases, the Seller will endeavour to offer an alternative or to refund you in full.

2.2 Event information

It is your responsibility to check event / excursion details before completing a reservation, including the date, time, venue and any other relevant information. The Seller accepts no liability for changes to schedules, venues or cancellation of the event.

2.3 Reservation process

To make a reservation, you must provide accurate and complete information about yourself and the services you wish to book. Once submitted, your reservation request constitutes an offer to purchase. The Seller reserves the right to accept or reject that offer at its sole discretion.

3. Price and payment

3.1 Prices

Booking prices are shown in local currency and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. They may also be displayed in other supported currencies at the exchange rate set by the Seller. Final payment will be made in local currency. The Seller may change prices at any time; such changes will not affect reservations already confirmed.

3.2 Payment methods

The Seller accepts the payment methods indicated on the online booking site. Payment must be made in full at the time of reservation. Payment information is processed securely and confidentially.

4. Delivery of bookings

Bookings will be delivered electronically by email.

5. Cancellations and refunds

5.1 Cancellations by the buyer

Bookings are neither exchangeable nor refundable, except if the excursion / event is cancelled by the organiser.

Cancellation of an event by the organiser is in no way the Seller’s responsibility. The organiser must inform the Seller of the cancellation so that the Seller can notify the buyer. The organiser must refund all buyers, either directly or through the Seller.

5.2 Cancellations by the Seller

The Seller may cancel a reservation for various reasons, including breach of these general terms of sale, fraud or unavailability. If the Seller cancels, you will be refunded in full for the booking price only, by bank transfer to an account in Tunisian dinars.

6. Liability

The Seller disclaims all liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from use of the bookings or attendance at the event / excursion. You are responsible for taking all necessary measures for your safety during the event / excursion.

7. Personal data protection

The Seller undertakes to protect your personal data in accordance with applicable law.

8. Changes to the general terms of sale

The Seller may amend these terms of sale at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the online booking site. You are advised to review the terms regularly for any updates.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These general terms of sale are governed by Tunisian law. Any dispute arising from use of the online booking service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tunis.

By completing a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these general terms of sale. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service.

10. Force majeure

The Seller shall not be liable for cancellation or changes due to exceptional circumstances (weather conditions, administrative decisions, unforeseen events, etc.).
